The HomesteadSchoolhouse

Our Story

The farm gave our children more than we ever expected

The greatest gift of homesteading hasn’t been the farm itself — it’s the values our children have learned from it: responsibility, compassion, patience, hard work, confidence, and gratitude.

Caring for animals who depend on you, tending a garden that rewards patience, and spending days connected to the land taught them these things more naturally than any lesson could.

The Homestead Schoolhouse exists to share those same experiences and values with other children — through meaningful, hands-on learning on a working farm.
